I sincerely enjoyed my time in the Broda Coaching program! The system utilizes weekly 'office hours' where we were encouraged not only to discuss the program and seek feedback but also to dive deeply into meaningful dialogues about industries, career paths, and personal growth. The format served as an excellent opportunity to learn from Adam and each other in real-time. The scheduling, twice weekly, was accessible and convenient, and recordings were provided in the event that you were unable to join. We also had the benefit of using Slack to keep in touch and ask questions during off-hours. The core of the system comes from the modules put together by Adam and his team. You can think of the beginning stages as 'taking inventory' of where you are and planning where you'd like to go. If you're a bit unsure of the options available to you and your skill set, they can help with that! Additional modules included building your personal brand, networking, resume and LinkedIn-building, interviewing, and negotiating offers. But what really sets this program apart is how interactive and feedback-driven it is. It's obvious a lot of thought went into the design. The templates provided are helpful in building structure and keeping you progressing in the courses, and the activities are well thought out and enjoyable to move through. At the end of each module, you are provided with helpful and honest video feedback. From there, you are encouraged to ask questions and continue the dialogue to ensure you have gotten what you need from that section. The program has provided me with a better foundation and confidence in my career journey. The value and knowledge delivered were something I wasn’t able to find elsewhere when seeking out career coaching.
