14 Years in Corporate: From Boeing to Amazon

Before founding Broda Coaching, I spent 14 years in the corporate world. I managed engineering teams at Boeing for nearly a decade and served as acting Director overseeing over 150 employees when I decided it was time for a career change. I pivoted into tech at Amazon, improving my work-life balance to spend more time with my wife and kids. There, I worked as a Senior Manager of Product Management where I built and scaled product management, software engineering, and science teams.


While at Amazon, I jumped on an opportunity to lead a program that impacted over 800,000 employees across Amazon’s global operations. That role gave me access to 10+ VPs, visibility with C-suite executives, and a clear path to promotion in one of the most competitive companies on the planet. But more importantly, it taught me how to build careers, not just climb ladders.


During my 14 years in industry, I also led hundreds of interviews, reviewed thousands of resumes, and developed a sharp eye for what hiring managers actually care about. That experience directly informs how my team and I coach each client to be THE candidate in the eyes of the hiring manager. Not just a candidate the hiring team screens.

Life Outside of Work

I’ve been married for 13 years. I’m a dad of two, ages 6 and 4. I live in Georgia, coach high school wrestling, and enjoy cycling when I can fit it in.


I’m a former NCAA D1 wrestler, which has shaped much of how I approach coaching today: disciplined, focused, and competitive, but also human. I believe that our careers should support our life, not consume it.
